Fitness Fitness Center hours are 5:00 AM to 10:00 PM, 7 days a week.

Women’s steam room and men’s sauna are operational from 7:00 AM to 8:00 PM. Members wishing to access the building prior or after business hours need a PIN, please apply here .

Group Exercise Schedule Classes meet in the Group Fitness Studio in the Arlington Clubhouse. Classes that lack sufficient participation may be cancelled. Please register online by clicking here . Barre ** Monday and Friday at 10:30 AM Early Bird Cardio/Strength ** Monday/Friday at 6:00 AM Fitness Fusion * Tuesday (for beginners) and Thursday at 8:30 AM Fitness Yoga ** Friday at 5:30 PM Gentle Yoga ** Tuesday at 9:45 AM and 4:00 PM, and Thursday at 9:45 AM HIIT It! ** Wednesday at 6:00 AM Pilates (All Levels) ** Morning Classes: Monday, Wednesday, and Friday at 8:30 AM Evening Classes: Monday/Wednesday at 5:00 PM and 6:00 PM Restorative Yoga ** Monday and Wednesday at 9:45 AM (45 minutes) Toning + Abs * Tuesday/Thursday at 5:30 PM and 6:30 PM, and Saturday at 10:00 AM Yoga 1.25 ** Sunday at 4:00 PM (75 minutes) *Standard Class Rates: $13/drop-in, or $7/class effective rate for subscription. **Specialty Class Rates: $20/drop-in, or $10/class effective rate for subscription. All classes are offered on a subscription basis. Welcome Back LaRue Cook We’re pleased to welcome back LaRue Cook, CSCS, as a seasonal trainer at ANCC! LaRue will be with us through the summer and early fall offering specialty training in areas including tennis conditioning, TPI golf conditioning, injury prevention, and post-rehab training. Reiki at ancc

Reiki (pronounced “ray-key”) is a technique based on the principle that the practitioner can send energy to the patient by means of light touch or by hovering her hands over the patient's body to activate the natural healing process and to restore physical and emotional well-being. Reiki originated in Japan and is currently used in 78 major hospitals in the United States. Its benefits include deep relaxation, stress reduction, pain management, and aid in the decrease of depression, anxiety, and arthritis, among other ailments.
