Until the resort addresses the issues of unclean entry to laundry facilities, club houses, swimming pools, and improve communication between owners and the administration I can't recommend anyone to purchase here. Management needs forums where owners can express concerns/issues. Most think management does not listen to owners’ concerns. The garbage area is an eye sore to the resort. How long since the bins have been cleaned and painted? It stinks there!

251. I would recommend ownership because of the lifestyle the resort provides. Unlike a condo development where you may not interact with anyone, our resort offers multiple things to do. You can choose to be either very busy or stay to yourself. 252. I would recommend the resort as it is a beautiful facility with 5 star potential and a 5 star location. Since we purchased, we've seen degradation of facilities through lack of general maintenance and life cycle maintenance expenditures. Currently I do not regard us as 5 Star but I have great expectations for our recovery.

256. Too much fighting with regards to pet relief, pickleball, the golf scandal, and people after their own agendas. This has been the worse season ever.

262. We have great communities here at ORPS, lots of fun activities, beautiful place to live and play, very clean.
