59. Would be nice to have use of the kitchen. It is taking far too long to complete the renovations. 60. Almost every time we eat at Bella Roma we smell sewer! We were giving friends (potential buyers) a tour of the facilities last week and, once again, the smell of sewer in the area outside Bella Roma. If we are to be a "premier" resort, this must be eliminated. I have to believe it also retards Bella Roma's business.
61. Kitchen at ES being out of service for the full winter season is unacceptable.
62. Kitchen's been out of commission far too long. Ladies in activities, while doing a good job for resort sponsored activities, are sorely lacking in customer service skills when handling owner requests. 63. Better set-up for traffic flow and control of sound would be great. Need sound dampeners for entertainment and music. 64. Bar area needs to be updated so that it is more inviting and not so open. A bar needs to be open to public at all times even during special events. Maybe use the bar area in the owners’ lounge for those who are not going to special events. Also ES needs better cleaning. Would love to see the happy hour bar moved to LP. Would love bar areas on pool deck.

Poor management of kitchen upgrade.
66. The clubhouses are a very important aspect of our community. La Palma overall feels a bit dated but is adequate. ES looks more up to date but the sound system is awful. The bar area is adequate, but the speed of service is slow at large events and to their credit, it’s not the staff but the number of staff. This could definitely be a bigger and better run area which could generate money for the association. 67. I do not like having dogs relieving themselves on the lawn by the clubhouse. It just seems really tacky to have that going on at our front clubhouse...not to mention what the lawn looks like with all those dead spots on it. 68. The Roof at LP leaks! It has leaked for 6 or 7 years. Both Clubhouses could be cleaner.

Took way too long to redo kitchen
70.
I'll be very satisfied with the kitchen once it is complete.
71. We need a more welcoming lounge/bar area where people can gather and socialize, and it doesn't feel like a warehouse. And not only open during set program nights. The lounge/bar area should be located in the northwest corner so to have the capability to be also an outside bar counter for outside relaxing and socializing around the pool area. Evening entertainment needs to be more intimate then all away across the room. When tables of 8 are set up they should be given the proper spacing and reflect the map on ticket sites more accurately. I cannot imagine that we are legal as far as emergency exiting when we can barely fit and walk around the tables at most events. Why can't the Owner's Lounge/card room/pool room and patio be re-designed as a much more welcoming lounge/bar and used more often by everyone and not just the unwelcoming card players or private parties. Rental of this space as a money maker should be low priority and it should be open to all more often. Such a beautiful part of our facility that is wasted due to fear of food/beverage spillage and limited use.
