84. The interior appearance of both clubhouses is tired! They need to be updated - more modern appearance, better lighting, more warmth. Need an interior designer to suggest needed and appropriate changes.
85. Storage space is needed to be made available for various Clubs in the Resort.
86. Get that kitchen fixed. This is not a 5 Star facility the way maintenance is run!
87. Bar service need to be improved by making improvements to the 19th Hole. A bar and grill operated out of the kitchen to provide limited food nightly would be great. 88. It would be nice to have a printer and shredder in the Owners Lounge. The LP clubhouse needs a refresh, it has a slight smell. Marge’s needs longer hours. ES men’s room has an odor.

90. Clubhouses are dated (and have a damp smell.) They both should be significantly upgraded/modernized. HOAs should be increased significantly to fund these upgrades.

Bar area could be more lounge like
92. Things are not cleaned very good especially in the shower rooms. The exhaust fans in the shower rooms are disgustingly dirty which makes them not effective which will in turn cost us in the long run as excessive moisture causes problems. The walls in these rooms have not been washed this season. The washroom doors have not been cleaned this season.

94. The kitchen at ES NEEDS to be finished by next season. A coordinated effort needs to be made. 95. Many times the floor of LP ballroom was dirty for fitness class. Carpet in yoga room was dirty

Marge’s snack bar is not needed
97. You didn’t ask about hair salon, library or mailroom at ES! Mailroom - need younger staff. Feel the older staff get overwhelmed and are hard of hearing (need to repeat ourselves often when making requests). ES library was untidy most of the season. Hair salon - no opinion. 98. The LP Clubhouse facilities needs more activity to draw people there. Specifically, the pool area could use a pool bar/food service over by the East Room area (storage room). Perfect spot for social gatherings. Bella Roma could service the bar/pool food service. Have large screen tv's for sports viewing, etc. It would be a great addition to LP. 99. Unfortunately, after spending so much money on the pool area, the tile is totally a poor choice and with a resort in existence since 1984, this is absolutely inexcusable and how do you correct for the slippery tile and poor choice of colour chosen.
100. Hard to rate ES as the major fubar was the kitchen not being opened all season.
101. Average facility. Bar could use work.
