139. Kitchen of course needs to see completion. Entire ES could use a good cleaning and some upgrades

141. Lack of kitchen this past season was a big irritant. White tiles by the pool are slippery and blinding. 142. I think remodeling of kitchen at ES leaves a lot to be desired. I know there were some problems beyond our control. I only go to one event faithfully. The potato bake never happened this year due to no kitchen 143. Seems to need some updating as far as flooring goes and paint, ice machine to work all the time, VERY bad ventilation in women's rest rooms, always stinks. I sew in West Room often and love the facility and the views, could use more storage for us. 144. As mentioned before, whoever overseeing changes does not see the big picture. The open bar at ES should have had the bar storage area access different. As is, the beauty of the bar is lost because of the glare from the storeroom. The ES pool area is dangerous, inappropriate design for high traffic, design not appropriate for desert. Very disappointing and extravagantly overpriced. 145. ES Kitchen was unavailable all season and ice machine was only available half the season. Understand there were unanticipated issues, but they were not dealt with efficiently. 146. The ES clubhouse could use some adjustment to make it more serviceable for functions. Having the portable stage near the fireplace might be made slightly larger and elevated higher to accommodate more functions. 147. I used the old kitchen as a volunteer for burger night and it had some inefficiencies. No opinion on kitchen until the renovations are completed and we can view what has been done.
148. Kitchen needed to be finished several weeks ago.
149. I feel the bar area could be a profit generating center for ORPS. The ES clubhouse sits across from the beautiful golf course, we have generally beautiful weather, and yet the bar is dark dreary and does not have any access to the views or the outdoors. If this was updated to have a patio or views of the golf course, perhaps at the opposite end of the building? I believe many owners would gather and spend money at the bar on a regular basis. With or without an event!
150. Would like extended hours for Snack Bar, Post Office, Store.
151. Needs to be cups available at the water dispenser.
152. Will be great to have the kitchen completed in ES. I think Marge’s Snack Bar is not inviting. I seldom go to the Snack Bar because the menu not unique. I prefer to support Bella Roma. 153. The acoustics in the ES ballroom need improvement. Very disappointed that the kitchen couldn’t be used this season.
154. Can't wait to see the finished kitchen.
155. LP needs modernization updates.
