126. We've tried too many times to contribute to Marge's and each of the 5 times there wasn't anyone there. Once, someone said they left because someone didn't feel good, yet the sign was left out. 2nd and 3rd time, there just wasn't anyone there. There were 2 other owners there as well. 4th time, someone said they may have been in the clubhouse somewhere, but we weren't going to go looking. The last time, have no idea. The whole place looked shut down. Yet all those times, the sign was out in front of gate and out front by the entrance gate. 127. I really was put off when they did the redesign at ES with the BLUE marina feel instead of the desert colors and feel. Really miss the big fountain there as well. 128. The bar area could be improved. Setup is poor. ES Room needs to feel more warm and welcoming, maybe a change of color? Ballroom looks like a big recreation room or at times a cafeteria. The curtains, painting and pillows in clubhouse should be updated and modern. Landscaping around buildings is dated and boring. The front doors are dark and dingy. (Painted a deep red would help.) 129. Both the LP clubhouse and pool are dated. If I were to prioritize one, I would choose pool. It’s not bad, but I think it should match the ES pool. Fairly new owner here, but I would assume LP is next for updates

130. Better staff training. Over serving a serious problem.

131. Having the kitchen shut down for a full season seems excessive. It seems reasonable to me that these things can be planned well in advance and have the resort in top shape when November arrives. 132. Too many big tables make it hard for everyone to see a show. Would like to see more 2 top tables and 4 top tables. 133. I witnessed ES indoor roof tiles falling down during a recent rainstorm with water seeping in. I wonder what condition our roof is in. 134. LP - just dark and dreary. More attention from housekeeping as to East room and bathrooms. Primarily used for meetings. ES - BAR/Ballroom not intimate or welcoming. Owners Lounge has held up beautifully and is enjoyed by owners. Pool area remodel disappointing. Poor choices and final details still not complete, i.e., signage is still old style and colors and does not complement the remodel color scheme/style. 135. I recommend a restaurant and bar be available at ES. It is more centrally located and convent for players coming off the golf course. I want a diverse menu for dining, not just Italian food. Veggie burgers, salads, sandwiches, soups. More variety 136. LP pool needs up dating, shade structures, like at ES, new tile. Promised a couple of years ago.

137. When can the ES kitchen be finished??

138. I DO FIND THAAT ON MANY OCCASIONS THERE HAVE BEEN PRIVATE FUNCTIONS AT THE OWNERS LOUNGE AND OTHER ROOMS WITH NO PRIOR NOTICE TO THE GENERAL OWNERS THAT SUCH A FUNCTION HAS BEEN SCHEDULED. I FEEL THAT OWNERS SHOULD BE NOTIFIED SO THEY ARE AWARE.THAT THESE FACILITIES ARE NOT AVAILABLE
