112. The cleanliness of the resort has gone way down in the last 3 years. We spent a very considerable amount of money on the Owner's Lounge and it NEEDS better maintenance - cleaning the carpet on a regular basis, touching up the furniture, spot cleaning, etc. Let's take care of it. The bathrooms also are in need of some real detailed cleaning throughout the resort. 113. I suppose it depends on who you are trying to attract. Currently, the style is very grandma. I would think at some point you would like to appeal to a younger crowd to entice new ownership. The clubhouses are very dark and dated. The 1980 style peach exterior should be painted a more modern grey. Desertscape is more stylish than hedges and geraniums. DG, which seems to be the direction the A&A Committee seems to be steering things, is not a resort level desertscape look. It is Walmart parking lot. Professional designers should be hired. Palm Springs is full of talent in this area. 114. Restroom toilets need to be fixed. West Room needs to be available to more than one activity. Open bar area needs new stools. Like coffee machine available to all. ES swim deck and pergola area needs to be cleaned daily during high season. 115. LP could use an updo. ES is great except kitchen needs to be finished! Bar area could be improved, but not sure how? 116. LP had a roof leak this winter (19/20) that ended up damaging the floor tiles. Also the kitchen is not adequately vented. ES stage has some minor damage as the result of a piano being lifted off of it. The result is the front edge of the oak stage trim is damaged and splintered.

117. LP kitchen badly needs updating as well as BBQs outside

118. Kitchen area and renovation process is a disgrace! The money spent and the excessive time shows the total lack of professionalism with board, planning and expertise of all those involved. These are NOT people I would place in charge of any financial decisions. 119. LP seem to the poor sister of ES. Both need a decent sound system. You need someone who is able to operate the lights and sound. We went to the comedy night on Tuesday and nobody could operate the lights. Stagger your employees. Keep someone in the office next to Marge’s there full time, I sat for over an hour to go in due to whatever they were doing. Out of my four visits in two months only once was there someone there. 120. This facility is very much used and can accommodate many owners because of the separation between the ballroom and owners lounge, Pergola, and fire pit. I was surprised the movie area was not mentioned!

121. Outdoor surface area around pool deck extremely poor choice dirty and slippery

122. Just wondering when the kitchen update will be finally completed

123. Owners should be more respectful of their sanitation responsibilities for the restrooms, i.e. keeping toilets Clean!!!

124. Owners lounge needs a good cleanup, carpets and chairs.

125. I just purchased in Feb and only had just over a month on the property
