211. Every one of our food and beverage outlets could be a profit center for our resort, our bars, restaurants and Marge's lack innovation and relevance compared to other similar places. There are many F&B options locally that we prefer to visit and spend money at. We rarely think of the ORPS options unless it's last minute. That shouldn't be the case we should frequent our facilities because they are fun, have interesting offerings, have great products at fair prices and promote community. All this can be done with proper management, and as a bonus could actually make the resort some money. We are missing opportunities by doing the same old thing every year. 212. Communication of the mail room hours at LP should be posted on line – I’ve requested this and haven’t seen anything to date 213. Some of the flooring in LP ballroom needs to be repaired. Perhaps a ramp for access to the stage 214. Not sure how to comment on the E S kitchen since it has not been available since I left in the spring of 2019 215. Shower areas need to be cleaned more often, in afternoon especially. Kitchen needs to be finished and bar area needs more wine glasses and maybe a few more stools. All in all, love ES 216. One group is using the ES West Room 6 or 7 days per week. Other groups do not have access to this room. All facilities should be shared. 217. LP needs major work; roof repair and leak repair in wall and flooring in the ballroom; needs major AV/sound system update; needs kitchen update; East Room needs new flooring. ES Needs finished updated kitchen, new flooring in Ballroom and updated AV and Sound system in Ballroom and Owner's Lounge. 218. It’s a shame we went all this past year without a kitchen at ES, that’s clearly a management issue!!! 219. Consider providing food, alcohol & music on the weekends Jan, Feb, March...like a real resort! That is missing!! 220. Put the bar stools back. We went in for a beer yesterday and all the stools were moved for a function later on. We weren't going to the function but want to be able to sit down. 221. The tile at the ES pool always look dirty and are a slipping hazard. Very poor decision putting those in. Marge's snack bar serve's terrible coffee and disappointing food. We need food that everyone wants to eat that’s homemade lunch items with drinkable coffee. It could be a gold mine! 222. The west room should become a designated quilting and sewing room. This hard working and ever-expanding group desperately needs to have 24\7 access to and use of this room. We need to be able to adapt the room for our needs. We also need to feel free to leave our expensive equipment out for use but with lock and key availability for members at all times. 223. The open bar area is not appealing to me, only because it's wide open to the ballroom. Not sure what the solution would be...maybe cordon off an area around the bar? I don't go there often because it doesn't feel inviting to me.
