231. They need a major facelift, dated, feels like you are in uncaring senior facility.
232. The Lifestyle and Events Office - when you can't purchase tickets for events till after 10am is silly. People should be able to purchase tickets any time the office is open. The staff seems to have an attitude that WE work for them instead of them working for us. The ES mail staff is very nice and polite.
233. The renovation on the kitchen is an ongoing joke.
234. When is your kitchen going to be running? We love the 19th hole, very friendly staff, could have little snacks that we could purchase like chips and things. Great place to meet people 235. Owners Lounge is very underutilized, snack bar hours are terrible, open bar area is not comfortable, nor are the hours, and should have food available. 236. There are some inconsistencies on rules around booking various rules, i.e. how long in advance you can book a room.

238. Bar hours need to be extended and offer food / snacks for a fee. It is nice to finish a round of golf and be able to go to the 19th hole for drinks / food which is not currently available
239. The poolside showers are needing new valves and faucets.
240. A lot of money has been spent on ES yet LP is an older building and was slated to get some updates yet nothing has happened. I feel the board is rewarding those who live near ES and discounting those of us who live near LP. The library is dated (curtains, chairs, lamp, plastic plants etc.). It also is not cleaned well...not deep cleaning. There is a terrible odor in the LP area which is off-putting when you are at the outside restaurant seating. It offers a beautiful setting with great amenities and just needs some updating. 241. ES is a hub for regular activity. It might be advantageous to shuffle facility amenities in order to accommodate this. Suggesting consideration be given to moving the hair salon and Marge's Espresso Bar up to LP and moving the restaurant to the ES location OR reorganizing ES to allow for a Pub/food outlet with freshly prepared foods and snacks available for after golf/tennis/pickleball complete with bar service. Highest priority is get that ES kitchen operational before next season!
