243. Focus using our funds on things which benefit the most people, i.e. the satellites!
244. The front doors at ES need to be painted, maybe LP as well
245. For the questions on communication, there was not an area to comment (or I didn't see one). You need to disaggregate the questions. Different groups do a better (or worse) job communicating effectively. As for the appearance questions, the buildings are functional but looking old and tired! We need to class this place up so it appeals to people for the future (not just in relation to the past). 246. ES needs old carpet removed; major eye sore. Chandeliers need replaced with updated lighting and ceiling fans. Bar area needs to be bigger to accommodate more customers. 247. Kitchen must be 100% complete and operational by next season. ES has suffered badly not having a working kitchen 248. Stop spending before making decisions and then finding out it’s not working I.e. ES decking. What a hazard. 249. They are very dated and need a major overhaul. Most owners would support increasing the HOA fees to fund these upgrades. 250. My lot is closer to LP so I think of that as my clubhouse. I think LP is somewhat underutilized during the day - the ballroom is not used in the afternoon like ES is. I would not want to lose Bella Roma from LP because I think of LP as my clubhouse. I think the extensive use of ES for evening activities is a good way to keep the restaurant away from the other activities. I get tired of noise so I appreciate Bella Roma being quieter.
251. ES interior is outdated and the 19th Hole is very unappealing to visit.
252. Marge’s Snack bar did not look that clean from the window and things were done in an unusual way at times. The use of the areas around the tennis and Pickleball courts as dog relief areas was stupid as the slope often made things difficult for older people and promotes runoff of waste to the street if overwatered.

254. A second bar is needed or moved. Closing the bar for an event is dumb. you make money off the bar.
255. What kitchen???
256. The slipperiness of the El Saguaro pool deck is very worrisome. It is also filthy. The La Palma pool area landscaping is sorely lacking. It should have more plantings and be lusher
257. Need to improve the esthetics of the bar area... too open... not cozy.
258. New pool deck at ES is horrible, slippery, too bright white and now dirty!
259. ES exterior: area to right of entrance is unattractive and industrial looking; Pool area where the outside bathrooms are looks like an added-on box. Pool area needs to be more functional; outside bar for owners to use; hiding of ugly BBQ area.
