325. When a major project is being planned the board should put out a survey asking for input from interested members of the part. Also capital improvements should be voted on by the owners. Input by qualified individuals and the community is the best way to achieve the results that will most benefit our resort.
326. No kitchen facilities all season 19/20. When is this going to be resolved?
327. The stage area in particular is dated and needs to be redone. The new curtains do look great though. 328. Glad when kitchen in ES is complete. Enjoy using the ice machine. Please keep it available. 329. Both clubhouses are showing their age. Feel like I’m in a 70’s movie every time I go in. Bella Roma inside lighting is way too bright. Kitchen in LP needs upgrade. 330. The bathrooms at La Palma are out of date and the pool bathroom needs more cleaning. It smells and needs to be updated. 331. Haven’t been to the Resort in 4 years, so any opinions as to its suitability would be untruthful. However, I hear all the money spend was effective. 332. Outside pool area was poorly thought of – pavers – wrong color used for pavers, slippery when wet, then dirty when sand hits it! 333. Outside pool area pavers color was poor choice & dangerous when wet & slippery. When sand or dirt is on pavers it always looks dirty. Also, the color white has a glare to it when sun hits it. 334. ES Owners’ Lounge needs a pergola on the outside patio facing the golf course. Great area but hardly used. Need heaters and shore covers.

336. The kitchen reno project was terribly handled. Ridiculous. The new tile and remodeling of the pool area at ES Clubhouse looks terrible and is very dangerous. 337. We should all have equal time in sewing room. They seem to have priority. Other activities have become popular “ukulele”. We should have equal time.
338. Finish the kitchen; taking too long.
339. They are perfect.
340. Outside pool area pavers are dangerous when wet and slippery. The color was a poor choice because when wet or sand hits it, it looks dirty. 341. It was extremely disappointing to have the kitchen situation for Saturday night dinner and dance functions. These are very important to our group of friends. 342. Scheduled line dancing cancelled many times with little/no notice due to conflict with other events or special meetings. 343. Resort groups each need a small area for storage. FMCA used to have a storage area behind ES kitchen – that’s been taken away now. We need a storage cabinet, as do other groups.
