306. LP is a little outdated and the first thing you see entering the resort. It doesn't match our Vision and Mission statements. I also feel the surface that was put down at ES around the pool shows a lot of dirt. 307. Washers and dryers several broken down and not being repaired. Stop signs need work some do not exist Cracks in the roads need repairs they are very bad 308. The LP lodge definitely needs a lot of work to come up to acceptable standards. Hold up on any more ES improvements until LP has its share! 309. Activities storeroom needs better organization and signage as to what materials are where, so one does not have to look in so many places to find things. Maybe a season arrangement of boxes is better, with signage as to what is inside. 310. See remarks with respect to 19th hole. At events, tables are packed so close together that no one can get up to go to the bathroom or get a drink.
311. Can't hear movies in owners lounge when social events going on in ballroom
312. The ES kitchen remodel is shameful, in that management/contractor lagged in the repairs. 313. The kitchen needs to be repaired immediately. You need to fire whoever is in charge. Get someone who knows what to do and get it done before October.
314. Interior ball room especially curtains need to be replaced, looking old, dark, & dirty.
315. The kitchen at ES needs to be finished. The Events office needs to be consistent in setting up scheduled activities. 316. My problem is with the fact that most of the Time ES gets the attention. LP is getting dated and old looking. All your efforts are on ES. Why can’t we have more events at LP. Not happy with this at all.
317. The kitchen is still not in use! What is to be done to open it?
318. No improvements to any facilities should be made if cost for improvements will be passed on to owners. 319. It seems that ES has had all the attention lately. Everything is being done (remodeling, pool decking, resurfacing, kitchen etc.) to ES and nothing to LP...including moving the Ice Cream Social to ES (?). Why has nothing been done to LP? If it’s planned for the future, then that should be communicated. 320. The loss of the kitchen for an entire season is a huge loss. I hope no other contract is ever signed without a penalty clause for failure to complete a project on time. 321. We hope we'll have a Public Ice Machine soon along with "Open" Satellite pools during the summer season. There are many of us here during the summer and love being at the pools! The population here justifies having more pools available!! (other than the Clubhouse Pools and especially if we want 'space' from any crowds) 322. Let's not spend all the money on ES when we have LP that could have used some of the money poured into ES.

324. Hard for us to rate as we do not use clubhouses.
