I like that we have a good restaurant, but that is not the reason I’m here.
19. Not enough variety. Presentation of food is terrible looking. When weekly specials are service then the service takes too long. Wait time to receive food takes up to 25 to 40 minutes. 20. Carbs are out of vogue. A diverse menu would be far better. Venue / signage is tired...dated 21. Bella Roma does not have a restaurant ambiance. The heavy metal chairs on the patio are very annoying, try moving one quietly. There are not enough people inside the resort to support a good quality restaurant. The offices at the entrance should be inside the resort and the restaurant should be at the entrance, so the public could also use it. This would help with much needed traffic to support a good restaurant, and resort owners could still enjoy a good close restaurant.

Pasta on the plate at Mexican night. Who runs out of rice and beans?
23. Nowhere to go inside the resort for golf course fare after a round of golf, so often leave the resort for lunch - post golf. 24. We do not dine out a lot. I think the restaurant is one the best we have had here in the resort and should try to keep them. I would suggest that each lot pay $100 up front that can be used over the season with an expiration date. To help with startup costs, slow time over Christmas and payed out over season.

Don't really care for Italian food.
28. We would love to have a place within the resort to frequent when cooking in gets old. Unfortunately, Bella Roma isn’t this place for us. Honestly, we only eat there or order out in dire emergencies :) The Coachella Valley has so many good dining options that we would rather drive to in order to have a quality meal. Well prepared food with quality ingredients doesn't have to be fancy so that isn’t why we choose to eat outside the resort. The quality of food at Bella Roma is disappointing at the restaurant and even worse at catered events. Our last dining experience at the Pickleball dinner was horrible. The salad had been chilled until frozen, so it was soggy and unappealing. The quality of ingredients was poor and the taste of preservatives in the salad mix were palatable. The main entree, beef lasagna was barely warm and the beef was more like a gray mystery meat. I am not exaggerating when I say my stomach was upset by the little bit of the food I ate. So much so, that I left the event early and had to take stomach neutralizer to sleep that night. 29. Their price for pizza is too high.

32. I don’t feel Bella Roma is busy enough or turns over enough tables to always be cooking and serving fresh food items
