33. I think that having a restaurant in the resort is very important. Perhaps have a yearly fee be charged to each lot that can be applied to meals at the restaurant...if the restaurant is struggling. That way, the restaurant is guaranteed a certain income and it would encourage owners to eat at the restaurant. 34. Is it possible to move Marge's coffee shop type facility, along with the hairstylist and activities office to LP making LP a services mall (convenience store, spa etc.) so that a Bella Roma equivalent can be relocated to ES and expanded in size and services (such as poolside bar). 35. Bella Roma is GREAT 36. Not sure what exactly is needed in our restaurant, but I think more of an upscale restaurant with diversity of food items is needed. Additionally, the ambiance is really lacking and doesn’t draw me in very often as a place I’d like to go to eat. A restaurant that offers food like Water’s Cafe at Aqua Caliente would be a perfect choice for this resort. 37. A sports bar menu and environment would interest me.

41. Need more vegetarian options. Atmosphere is kind of old and run down. Table and chairs are old. Menu could use more of a daily or weekly special. Rather than changing the menu more often just have more daily specials. 42. there are very limited gluten free options (last time I tried to dine there, only I pasta option) available, so nothing for me to eat

Food, especially pizza delivery should be offered.

We should have a good AMERICAN Restaurant or steak house

45. I think that a majority of the owners here want value over quality as many are from Canada and have a 25% surcharge to purchase compared to Americans. Also, many of the older owners are on a fixed income and want value. 46. No fancy restaurant is needed at the resort. One restaurant is enough. If we had a functioning kitchen, we would have more meal events like rib night and the potato bake. Concentrate of getting our current facility up and running instead of proposing an upscale eatery.

50. I just don't think that you can expect a restaurant in the resort to appeal to a large enough clientele. They cannot draw from outside the resort, so they are very limited in their market. 51. Inside dining room should be improved
