Not a fan of Marge’s boiled hot dogs or any hot dogs. Yuck.
53. We do NOT need a restaurant that can compete with the many fine restaurants/country clubs in the valley. We are an RV Resort and I believe most people enjoy the relaxed atmosphere and ability to just walk over and have a nice reasonable meal. We would use the restaurant less if we had to dress the way we do to go to a fine restaurant. WE like the spur of the moment. We did not like the special dinner nights because that meant we had to make a reservation and/or there would not be room for us if we felt like walking over after golf. Leave it alone. 54. We usually cook our own meals or buy ready-made at Stater Brothers - i.e. 8 pieces of chicken for 4.99. I have a sensitive stomach and often have problems when we eat out. We only ate offsite 3 times in 2 months. We ate at Bella Roma 3 times and ordered Pizza about 6 times.

57. I think Bella Roma is fine. It’s not gourmet, but it’s good and is a good option when we don’t feel like going out. Maybe expand the bar and offer pool side drinks? 58. Recommend pool happy hour service. Breakfast buns offered on the course. Marge’s is outdated...recommend trying to serve better food. Sandwiches, snacks maybe protein drinks for athletes

60. They are really doing a good job and they keep improving things and adjusting to participating in more Resort functions 61. Have not dined at Bella Roma this past season as the service, food quality in BAD!!! 62. A menu that contains organic ingredients, fresh veggies, freshly made soups without sweeteners like sugar, dishes that are wheat, corn and soy free, fish that is wild- caught, meats that are pasture-raised without GMO feed. 63. Changing or seasonal daily special, either appetizer/entree or dessert, but something local would be nice. 64. Bella Roma staff/ownership is wonderful. People get tired of the Italian menu. The dining area is not appealing. A more diverse menu and improved dining area ambiance would increase my support. 65. I would really love to eat at a restaurant at ES overlooking the golf course, I would love to eat on the patio outside the owners lounge, I would love to order a sandwich and a drink to eat by the pool!!!!! That would be awesome, and I would do it much more!!! I would love to have fresh BBQ Bratwurst, smokies with peppers and onions at Singo night. Marge's hot dogs are the worst, at least BBQ the hot dog.

67. We enjoy a variety of cuisine and find that the Coachella Valley offers just that 68. Lighting needs to be improved dramatically. It is more like eating in a gym at the present time.
