• Restricted swimming hours for lap swimming not being utilized. • Kitchen design was developed by Committee, but then not followed.

• Use expertise of Property Owners. • Electronic signage could be helpful. • Consider a food minimum.

• Consider incentives to get Property Owners to move to artificial turf. • Artificial turf has not reduced number of maintenance employees. • How often are contracts put out to bid. • Need consistency of messaging. • Proofreading is not being done. • Channel 98 from Spectrum cable not being used for messaging. • Want food at bar. • Need a restaurant. • Would like in-house charges. • Owners lounge a waste. • Concern with what we are paying for versus what we are getting. • Management should know what is happening at the facilities; there is a disconnect. • Buildings look old. • Washers and dryers a concern at laundry facilities. • Concern with maintenance of lots, rigs and improvements. • Enforcement of rules is arbitrary.

• Rules not being followed or enforced. • Pool furniture not being maintained. • Quality control lacking. • Maintenance yard is a blackhole. • Maintenance employees working side jobs during working hours. • Concern with attitude of employees. • Renters need to be treated better. • Consider incentives to get people to complete and return surveys. • Limited hours for postal facilities. • Need more facilities for men’s activities.
