Comments/Discussion:

• People playing golf twice a day, while others can’t get tee times. • Concern with Renters being able to get tee times. • Renters paying an additional $450 per month; should be treated better. • Need for more golf social outings. • Beverage cart needed on course. • Golf Course well maintained. • Maintenance Staff always seem to travel in multiples. • Possible league play for golf. • Cleaning of facilities, especially rest rooms, needs to be documented. • Tennis players were promised a meeting area, but promise was not fulfilled. • Satellite Courts are needed for event play. • Doubles tennis league full and not available to new players. • People going elsewhere to play tennis. • Pickleball much better with harder ball, but perceived lack of transparency with decision to change. • Interest in bocce, but no facilities. • Consider Lawn Bowling if space can be found. • Water quality safety concern in pool and spas. • Requirement to shower before entering pool or spa not being enforced. • Satellite pools could use more attention. • Newest tile is slippery and shows dirt. • Renters need to receive emails. • Digital signs would be helpful. • Need a Certified Trainer for fitness. • Hiking and biking groups need to be elevated and promoted. • Alternate use for back nine should be evaluated. • Sports Director needed for other than Golf. • Billiards group playing, but this is not being communicated. • Communications better, but there are two websites leading to confusion. • Need a user-friendly website. • Restaurant needs light dimmers and improved ambiance. • Rental program is dreadful which has resulted in a significant loss of revenue. • There is a big movement towards crafts; need space for craft activities; people being turned away. • Need spaces for get-togethers of 25-30 with a kitchenette.
