• Concern with infrastructure, in particular sewage. • Multiple light posts at LP are not operational. • At one laundry facility the dryer hasn’t worked for four years. • Concern with day-to-day maintenance. • General Manager needs to be held accountable. • Board is making decisions in direct contrast to Committee recommendations. • Off season response is poor; need more accountability. • More Property Owners would help if given the opportunity. • Need a Committee to recruit volunteers; resources are available that are not being used.
