Comments/Discussion:

• Revised Vision, Mission and Values statements were recommended, but not acted upon. • Golf Course belongs to everyone; tournaments are closed; everyone should have the same opportunity to get tee times. • Golfers aren’t fixing ball marks on greens. • Back nine not being utilized. • Golf dress code needs to be studied. • Need a Sports Director to assist with all areas, not just golf. • Not enough Pickleball Courts; consider double lining some of the tennis courts at the Satellites so they can be utilized some of the time for Pickleball. • Pickleball has become more competitive now that players are able to utilize a harder ball. • Board trying to find a happy medium by limiting the hours when the harder. • Pickleball can be used. • Outsourcing care of the tennis courts, but maintenance is not being done. • GM not visible in the Community. • Consider bocce ball courts. • Consider frisbee golf on back nine. • Lack of beverages available for golf, consider water stations on course. • Consider outdoor fitness stations on some of the larger corner greenspaces throughout the Community. • Machines at Fitness Center need to be updated. • Would like to see an area for massages. • Would like to see poolside service for drinks and food. • Kitchen not being utilized. • Would like to be able to get something to eat and drink after golf. • Master Plan needed. • More coordination of activities needed. • Need a central location, like the Activities Office, to sign up for programs, etc. • Communications Department and the Activities Department need to work closely together. • Activities Office needs to be much more service oriented. • More frequent welcome events for new Property Owners. • Board not paying attention to the Committees; Committee Liaisons from the Board being removed. • Board limiting information. • Board pushing a hidden agenda. • Need transparent Board.
