ECHIBECKIA ™ SUMMERINA GLOW ™ | SUGAR SHAKE | *NEW* | PPAF Sugar Shake is an exciting release for 2024 featuring HUGE fully double flowers with a peach color base. When outside in bright light the flowers produce overtones of light pink to cherry colors, a truly unique look.The combination of the flower color and double flower form give this variety an almost Zinnia-like appearance. Sugar Shake is on the larger side so be sure to plant these in a good-sized pot for best success. Flowers are long lasting like all Echibeckia and would make a great addition to a cut flower program.
ECHIBECKIA ™ SUMMERINA GLOW ™ | DIZZ | *NEW* | PPAF Dizz is a true color break-through in the Rudbeckia category of plants. The flowers are small but plentiful and start in tones of light peach with a deep red center and sit on top of dark stems, a nice contrast with the flowers. As flowers age, the peach color deepens and finally flowers produce overtones of cherry, becoming almost solid red. Because of the aging effect of the flowers, it appears as though plants have multiple flower colors per plant. To us at PP&L, we like to think of it as a bowl of fruit loops. Along with the flowers the plant habit of Dizz is on the smaller side compared to other Summerina so it can work in up to 1.5 gallons.

ECHIBECKIA ™ SUMMERINA GLOW ™ | SWOOP | *NEW* | PPAF Swoop brings a new calming pastel yellow to the Summerina program. Flowers are semi-double and perfectly formed with a dark eye, a nice color contrast. Bright light and cooler temps bring a touch of pink overtones. Swoop is on the taller side so it is best in larger containers, if planted later in the season the size will be a bit more compact.
ECHIBECKIA ™ SUMMERINA GLOW ™ | SUN'S UP | *NEW*| PPAF Sun’s Up is a semi-double flower in clear, as in crystal clear, yellow flowers with a dark eye. Unlike the traditional Summerina series, Sun’s Up stays light and bright even in cooler bright days. Sun’s Up takes a bit longer to bloom than other varieties in the series and has a compact habit, great for areas that might need a less aggressive sized plant. While Sun’s Up is com- pact, it is still very vigorous. Pots easily fill with dark green foliage, which makes a great contrast with the bright yellow flowers.
