Cardolite Corporation is a privately held developer and manufacturer of the world’s largest variety of products derived from cashew nutshell liquid (CNSL), a renewable natural resource and has 30 years of experience in the spe- cialized production of quality CNSL based materials. 

ENSALEM, PA —Betz Mechanical & Industrial Supply leases 60,720 s/f of an 85,000 s/f facility located at l00 State Rd., Bensalem. Roddy Inc. announced that it represented Keystone In- dustrial Properties in leasing approx. 60,720 s/f of its 85,000 s/f multi-tenant facility on 4.15 acres located at 500 State Road, Bensalem. The modern one - s t ory masonry and steel building is heated and sprinklered throughout and offers ceiling heights from 24’0” to 24’9” clear, twelve (12) tailgate docks, five (5) drive-in doors, 42’ x 30’ column spacing, ap- proximately 8,600 square feet of office space and parking for approximately sixty-two (62) automobiles. Roddy advised that the term lease calls for an aggregate rental in excess of $1,465,000. Strategically situated be- tween the Academy Road and Woodhaven Road Interchange of I-95, the property offers convenient access to the Penn- sylvania Turnpike (Exit 351/ Bensalem) as well as Route 1 and the Betsy Ross Bridge and Tacony–Palmyra Bridge to New Jersey. Frank Roddy , president of Roddy Inc. who represented the ownership in the transac- tion, advised that Roddy Inc. will continue to market the remaining 24,000 s/f of space in the property for lease as well as continuing to offer the property for sale in its entirety under and subject to the Betz Mechanical & Industrial Sup- ply Lease. In addition, a por- tion of the site is also leased to Omnipoint for the location of a cell tower. Roddy announced that it represented 140 Wharton, LP in the sale of their manu- facturing/warehouse facility located at 140 Wharton Rd., Keystone Park, Bristol to TOK Investment Properties, LLC, an entity related to Cardolite Corporation.
