HILADELPHIA, PA — The BuildingOwn- ers and Managers Association (BOMA) Phila- delphia recently announced ONE Liberty Place and The Shops at Liberty Place as winners of multiple 2018 The Outstanding Building of the Year (TOBY) Awards. year, The Shops at Liberty Place was named The Out- standing Building of the Year – Retail. It also received a Best of the Best Award in the Holiday Décor category. ONE Liberty Place was hon- ored as “Best of the Best” in four categories. These included Best Lobby, Best Infrastruc- ture and Best Tenant Rela- tions, as well as Best Tenant Amenity (Tenant Lounge and Conference Suites) for THE ROOM. The tenant-exclusive lounge, co-working area and set of conference suites, which opened earlier this year, offers

sophisticated features and ser- vices unmatched by any other commercial property in the Metro Philadelphia area. Comprised of 1.2 million s/f, the 61-story, LEED Silver- certified, ENERGY STAR- rated building features a steel and blue glass façade and a spire of gabled angular set- backs, whose striking image on the Philadelphia skyline has become a symbol for Philadel- phia itself. Also designed by Murphy/ Jahn, The Shops at Liberty Place is a luxury retail com- plex nestled between the One and Two Liberty Place towers in the Center City business district.
