Our Youth of the Year program launches teens into successful futures. This dynamic four-month leadership program is designed to empower teens to cultivate skills in leadership, public speaking, teamwork, personal development, community service, and more through mentorship, workshops, and hands-on experiences. Earning the Youth of the Year title is the highest honor a Club member can achieve. Teens undergo a judging process evaluating academic performance, personal statements, references, public speaking skills, and one-on-one interviews.
