The Celebration The journey culminates at our annual Youth of the Year Gala , where finalists share their stories on stage and one exceptional teen is named Citywide Youth of the Year.
The Process
Youth of the Year is a four- month leadership development program that empowers teens through professional and personal growth—building skills for success in school, career, and life.
Throughout the program, teens build confidence, strengthen leadership skills, develop professional readiness, and discover the power of their voice.
