Tonight, we gather in the heart of downtown San Jose at a truly extraordinary moment for our city. As we celebrate the 10th Annual Youth of the Year Gala, our region is stepping onto the global stage—hosting the Super Bowl, March Madness, FIFA, and a year of marquee events that will shine a spotlight on who we are and what we stand for. Amid all this excitement, the most important story remains right here: the young people whose lives are being shaped every day by your generosity and the opportunity it enables. As we honor our 2026 Youth of the Year, we also honor you—the partners who believe in possibility, invest in potential, and help open pathways to brighter futures for thousands of local kids. Moments like this remind us that communities are not defined by events they host, but by how deeply they care for their next generation. Technology, innovation and events will put Silicon Valley on the global stage in the years to come, but the boundless potential of our youth will keep us on that stage for generations. Thank you for standing with the youth of Boys & Girls Clubs of Silicon Valley and for making this milestone evening – and year - one we will never forget.
