Experience of delivering Sinking Fund or Life Cycle works on a large and complex asset portfolio at regional level Relevant experience in Project Management, Contract Management, Estate (Asset) Management or Cost Management

Education/ Qualification

Other relevant professional accreditations

Membership with a recognised Institution (e.g. CIOB, RICS)

Personal Qualities

Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate with colleagues and external organisations at all levels

Ability to manage staff remotely

DBFO or PFI/PPP experience

Skills/ Ability/ Knowledge

Excellent client management skills

Self-starter who can demonstrate drive and motivation to achieve deadlines

Knowledge of asset management and life cycle costing principles Ability to lead and work within a team, plan and manage work activities, communicate, and prioritise workloads

Ability to use initiative but with a consultative approach

Honesty and integrity

Technical understanding of planning and delivering Sinking Fund or life cycle Works

Ability to effectively manage teams of multidisciplinary professionals

Commercial awareness and proven track record of delivery of a Life Cycle and Sinking Fund process

Budget setting and cost management

Strong project management skills

Strong influencing and people management skills

Self-sufficient in MS Office and other appropriate IT packages
