Ensure WBS has facilities to support seamless hybrid working that enables staff to work in high-quality, accessible digital environments. Rationale: Qualitative comments made in the Culture Survey highlight that there are opportunities to further develop our approach to hybrid working to maximise its benefits. The majority of qualitative comments on hybrid working came from female PSS, who mostly work in shared spaces.

Explore opportunities to improve the technology to support hybrid working in the existing building and ensure this is built into the design of the new building. Review hybrid working principles to ensure they are still appropriate with ways of working in the new building. Conduct an EIA on our hybrid working principles to ensure that the impact of this does not inadvertently discriminate against any protected group.
