Ensure there are spaces in the building to facilitate effective partnership and collaboration between different groups of staff and students. Rationale: Feedback from accrediting bodies recognises the spirit of partnership between academics and PSS. The design of the School’s current building presents barriers to achieving a sense of community in some areas. It is important for the new build to address these issues.
Work with architects and design team to ensure that the design of the new building supports and encourages a sense of community and belonging
