To continue to grow the Athena Swan Business School Network and develop a community of support and good practice. Rationale: Continued progress towards gender equality will require sector-wide collaboration. The network is a key way that we can drive change across the sector. Feedback from other Schools within the Network highlights the value of this work. Review the implementation of EIAs and broaden this to include relevant processes. Rationale: Our EIA process was implemented in September 2022. Further work is required to ensure this is embedded and that existing policies have an EIA when reviewed.
