To continue to grow the Athena Swan Business School Network and develop a community of support and good practice. Rationale: Continued progress towards gender equality will require sector-wide collaboration. The network is a key way that we can drive change across the sector. Feedback from other Schools within the Network highlights the value of this work. Review the implementation of EIAs and broaden this to include relevant processes. Rationale: Our EIA process was implemented in September 2022. Further work is required to ensure this is embedded and that existing policies have an EIA when reviewed.

Expand the use of the Microsoft Teams space

60% of the Network are members of the Teams space. At least one post on the Teams space per month. One AS network event per year hosted at another School. Review two Schools or Dept’s AS submissions by the time of the next submission. Research conducted with findings reported. List of policies identified with dates for completion recorded and met. Progress reported into EDIC on an annual basis. Revised guidance circulated and published to committee secretaries.

Support other Schools to lead Athena Swan Events
