Ability to write and present reports, including safety audit reports to a high standard with appropriate monitoring and follow up on the implementation of recommendations. High level of interpersonal skills with an effective and flexible interpersonal style, to ensure influence and credibility with staff at all levels. Ability to forge and sustain good working relationships with colleagues and external agencies. Ability to work collaboratively and supportively as part of a team. Ability to meet deadlines, achieve targets and adapt to changing priorities Good skills in IT; self-sufficient in the use of Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint, word processing, spreadsheets and databases. Ability to make decisions rapidly in an emergency and take appropriate action. Ability to work both under direction and on personal initiative. An aptitude for proactive identification and problem solving Ability to analyse and present data and information clearly and precisely to a variety of audiences.
