10. Fuel dispensers, as an accessory use to operations of the principal use . a. Zoning. Such fuel dispensers: (1) Are not permitted in any residential districts, or in zoning districts B-1 or B-2, or MXN. (2) Are permitted in zoning districts A-1, MXI and I-1. (3) May be allowed as a conditional use in zoning districts B-3, B-4, and B-5. 11. Recycling collection centers, small. (See definition of RECYCLING CENTER and Section 4-106 of the Zoning Regulations.) 12. Restaurant patio seating area . a. Setbacks apply. A patio seating area in a front or side yard setback may require permitting as a conditional use . 13. Satellite receiving antennas more than 3 feet in diameter which are accessory to residential structures. a. Such antennas must not be located in front of the principal structure. b. Such antennas must not exceed 15 feet in height above the maximum height of the principal structure. 14. Signs , when permitted by Article 8 of these Zoning Regulations. 15. S olar equipment , detached, rack mounted.
16. Storage containers used temporarily for refuse disposal or storage during a period of construction, reconstruction, or moving, including dumpsters, shipping containers, portable storage containers, motor vehicles or any portion of one, or construction trailers. a. Such temporary storage containers may be located on a driveway, or at the front of any residential property. b. Such temporary storage containers may not be placed on the street, or where they restrict visibility for any vehicle on the street or entering or leaving the property. 17. Stored Vehicles. Motor vehicles, boats, trailers, and unoccupied recreational vehicles or tiny houses on wheels are permitted accessory uses, provided that they: a. Are the personal property of the occupant of a dwelling on the zoning lot where they are located. b. Do not occupy any part of a required front yard or side street yard of a corner lot. c. When parked in the same location for longer than 48 hours at any one time, must be parked on a paved surface in the side or rear yard. (1) Exception: A resident's inoperable vehicle may be parked in a zoning lot's driveway for up to 30 consecutive days . 18. Swimming pools , permanently installed either above or below ground, in residential districts only, and when approved by the Zoning Administrator. a. Pools must be enclosed by a security fence for the protection of young children.
