(1) In all zones, highway setbacks must comply with the 2011 US 54/400 Corridor Study right-of-way plan. 6. To establish administrative procedures which assure a fair and uniform basis for working with everyone who contributes to the development of the community, including Subdividers, utility providers, and various governmental agencies. 102 Jurisdiction A. Jurisdiction. These Subdivision Regulations apply to all land within the City of Andover's current or future corporate limits, and within the City's extraterritorial subdivision jurisdiction. 1. The City's extraterritorial jurisdiction for subdivision regulations must be within Butler County, Kansas, and must not extend more than 3 miles outside of the city limits, or more than half the distance to any other city. (See K.S.A. 12-749.) a. The extraterritorial jurisdiction of these Subdivision Regulations must not exceed the Planning Area as described in the City's Comprehensive Plan. 2. Andover's extraterritorial jurisdiction comprises that area outside of the corporate limits of the City of Andover, and within the following areas: a. In Benton Township (Township 26 South, Range 3 East): the land south of Dry Creek in Sections 31, 32, and 33. b. In Bruno Township (Township 27 South, Range 3 East): Sections 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22, 27, 28, 29, 30, 31, 32, 33, and 34. c. In Pleasant Township (Township 28 South, Range 3 East): Sections 3, 4, 5, and 6, and the north half of Sections 7, 8, 9, and 10.
