G. A P reliminary Plat Drainage Plan , qualitative and conceptual in nature, and based on standards and policies of the applicable jurisdiction, which includes the following: 1. Show both manmade and natural existing conditions , including proposed zoning lots, blocks, streets and reserves as mapped on the preliminary plat. 2. Show basic drainage areas within the subdivision, and include drainage flow arrows. 3. Reference or map all offsite land which drains onto and across the site. 4. Note any downstream properties which received runoff from the site, with development impacts noted. 5. Note regulatory or legal features, including but not limited to existing drainage easements and agreements, existing State of Kansas permits in effect on or adjacent to the property, and FEMA regulatory floodplains. 6. Show proposed drainage improvements conceptually, including but not limited to major natural channels to be preserved, and detention or retention ponds. 7. A written summary providing any additional information necessary to clarify graphic drainage information.

H. The Subdivider must provide both paper and digital copies of the preliminary plat application, as needed for government records. 1. The number of paper copies required will be determined by the Subdivision Administrator. 2. Provide digital files via USB drive, or by means of File Transfer Protocol (FTP) or similar web based transfer. a. Provide a digital file of the entire preliminary plat application in pdf format. b. Provide digital files of all drawings in a format acceptable to the City. (1) Coordinate system must be NAD 1983 2011 StatePlane Kansas South FIPS 1502 Ft US. (2) Provide ground correction factor, if any. c. Alternative file formats or transmission media or methods for digital files must be approved by the Subdivision Administrator.
