B. An application for a replat approval is processed in the same manner as a final plat. (See definitions of PLAT and REPLAT.) C. The Subdivision Administrator must provide the final plat application to the Subdivision Committee for review. 1. The Subdivision Administrator may provide the final plat application to other affected governmental, public, and private organizations, to seek further recommendations. 101 Planning Commission Action on Final Plat A. The Planning Commission must approve or disapprove a final plat within 60 days after the first meeting of the Commission following the date the final plat with all required data is filed with the Subdivision Administrator. (See K.S.A. 12-752[b].) B. The Planning Commission must approve the final plat if it meets the following requirements: 1. The final plat is substantially the same as the approved preliminary plat, and complies with any conditions for approval attached to the preliminary plat by the Commission. 2. The final plat complies with all of the provisions contained in these Subdivision Regulations, and of other applicable regulations or laws.
ARTICLE 6. FINAL PLAT 100 Filing a Final Plat
A. To file a final plat, the Subdivider must submit an application containing the information listed in Subdivision Regulations Section 6-108, Contents of Final Plat . 1. Submit the final plat to the Subdivision Administrator within 24 months after the date of preliminary plat approval, and at least 30 days before the next regular meeting of the Subdivision Committee. 2. The Subdivider must provide both paper and digital copies of the final plat application, as needed for government records. a. The number of paper copies required will be determined by the Subdivision Administrator. b. Provide digital files via USB drive, or by means of File Transfer Protocol (FTP) or similar web based transfer. (1) Provide a digital file of the entire final plat application in pdf format. (2) Provide digital files of all drawings in a format acceptable to the City. (a) Coordinate system must be NAD 1983 2011 (3) Alternative file formats or transmission media or methods for digital files must be approved by the Subdivision Administrator. 3. The Subdivider must pay the final plat fee, if any, to the City Clerk before a final plat will be accepted for filing. StatePlane Kansas South FIPS 1502 Ft US.
