j. Transfer Record and Register of Deeds' Certificate. Show certification of the transfer record date of the County Clerk, and the recording of the plat with the County Register of Deeds. (1) All current real estate taxes and special assessments must be paid in full on the land being platted, before a plat is entitled to be recorded. (See Subdivision Regulations, Section 6-108E1 for title report.) (2) Whenever the Subdivider Agreement and any restrictive covenants are recorded prior to or concurrently with the final plat, the book and page numbers where they are recorded must be noted on the plat for reference purposes.
