B. Site Plans submitted for Final Review must be drawn to scale, show a scale bar and a north arrow, and include the following elements: 1. Zoning Lot Data. a. Address of project site. b. Legal description of the zoning lot(s). c. Names of all adjacent streets. d. Property lines, utility and drainage easements, and building setback lines. (1) Show dimensions. 2. Hardscape Elements. a. Buildings, walls, fences, and air conditioning condensers. b. All street pavement, driveways, parking lots, sidewalks and pedestrian ways. (1) Note the number of regular parking spaces, standard ADA parking spaces, and ADA van spaces in each parking lot. c. All utility lines, including both underground and overhead lines, equipment boxes and vaults. d. Stormwater drainage structures.

4. Presentations to the SPRC may include projected presentation (PowerPoint, Keynote, etc.), larger drawings mounted on boards, materials samples, or other exhibits. a. If a projected presentation is shown to the SPRC, provide 14 prints of the presentation in handout format (6 slides per page) on letter (8 ½ "x11") size paper. 5. Provide a digital file of all submitted documents to the Zoning Administrator. 3.3.3 — Application Requirements for Final Review A. Submit a ll drawings and materials required for Final Review to the Zoning Administrator, who will provide them to the SPRC. 1. Provide 14 prints of all application drawings on letter (8 ½ "x11") or tabloid (11"x17") size paper. Provide at least one set in color. 2. Provide color photos of the project site and its immediate surroundings. 3. Provide images or samples of materials and colors to be used on elements of the project that will be visible from public ways. 4. Presentations to the SPRC may include projected presentation (PowerPoint, Keynote, etc.), larger drawings mounted on boards, or other exhibits. a. If a projected presentation is shown to the SPRC, provide 14 prints of the presentation in handout format (6 slides per page) on letter (8 ½ "x11") size paper. 5. Provide digital files in PDF format of all submitted documents to the Zoning Administrator for City records.
