8. A Site Plan Approval Owner's Certification on the first page of the approved Site Plan, as shown below, with both the signature and the printed name of the property owner.

D. Detail Drawings. Submit detail drawings showing the following information: 1. Footings, as required for any building, wall, or free-standing sign. 2. Electrical wiring diagram(s) for exterior signs and lighting. E. Provide color images , adequate to illustrate the site and its context, including existing features and adjacent buildings. 1. Images illustrating other projects similar to the Applicant's proposal may also be included. 2. If additional images are shown to the SPRC in a projected presentation (PowerPoint, Keynote, etc.), provide 14 prints of the presentation in handout format (6 slides per page) on letter (8 ½ "x11") size paper to the Zoning Administrator for presentation to the SPRC. F. Provide materials and color samples adequate to illustrate materials and color selections for the parts of the project visible to the public. G. Provide digital files in PDF format of the approved Site Plans and Comprehensive Site Plan to the Zoning Administrator for City records.

Site Plan Approval Owner's Certification As the developer of this project, I certify that these plans have received final Site Plan Approval, and that the project will be constructed as shown on these plans. I understand that no occupancy certificate will be granted for the project until all required items have been completed.

 C. Include at least one Comprehensive Site Plan of the project lot in the drawings submitted for Final Review, showing all of the following elements on the same drawing : 1. Property lines, easements, and setback lines, with dimensions. 2. Buildings, walls, fences, and air conditioning condensers. 3. All street pavement, driveways, parking lots, sidewalks and pedestrian ways. 4. All utility lines, including both underground and overhead lines, equipment boxes and vaults. 5. Existing and proposed contours or elevations, showing drainage arrows and all stormwater drainage structures. 6. All existing trees to be retained, and proposed trees and shrubs.
