B. Building Signs. 1. Sign Drawing. Provide a scaled drawing of each face of each proposed building sign, showing the following information: a. All dimensions including size of letters and graphics. b. Specifications for sign and frame materials and colors, including structural supports. c. Building anchorage details , showing that anchorage is interior to the sign, or camouflaged, as required. 2. Wall Elevation. Provide a scaled elevation of the entire wall of the building to which the sign is to be attached or projected, showing the size and location of the sign. 3. Sign Calculations. Show the area of the sign, the gross wall area, and the area of the sign as a percentage of the gross wall area. C. Comprehensive Sign Plan for Multi-tenant Buildings and Sites. 1. COMPREHENSIVE SIGN PLAN : An overall framework for signage design, intended to achieve a coherent character for all exterior signs on any site having a multi-tenant building or group of buildings. 2. Provide a Comprehensive Sign Plan which specifies and describes at least three design elements to be used consistently in signs on a multi-tenant site, in order to coordinate their general form and character.
3.3.6 — Application Requirements for Lighting A. Comprehensive Site Plan. In addition to required elements listed in 3.3.3-C, include the following additional information in the Comprehensive Site Plan for Lighting: 1. Show proposed ingress and egress for the site, including any on site parking areas, parking spaces, and adjacent driveways. 2. Show all existing buildings to remain and all proposed buildings on the site, and all buildings along the frontage within 150 feet of the site's boundaries. a. Note the approximate height of each building. 3. Show all existing lighting standards to remain and all proposed lighting standards on the site. a. Show routing of electrical supply to lighting standards . B. Lighting Intensity. Provide a lighting intensity diagram of the project site, showing isofootcandles at ground surface. 1. Note the project site's minimum light intensity, maximum light intensity, and average light intensity. 2. Include calculations showing the ratio of average to minimum lighting levels, over the entire project site. 3. Include calculations showing the ratio of maximum to minimum lighting levels, over the entire project site. C. Lighting Standard Detail. Provide a scaled drawing of proposed lighting standards, showing the following information: 1. All size specifications, including the mounting height of each luminaire. 2. Information on the type and lumens of bulbs. 3. Materials and colors of base, pole, arm, and luminaire. 4. Ground or wall anchorage details.
