3.5.2 — Checklists of Application Requirements A. The Site Plan Review Checklists for Application Requirements are intended to expedite both the Applicant's production of drawings for application, and the Zoning Administrator's evaluation of application documents during technical review. 1. Site Plan Review Checklist — APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS FOR FINAL REVIEW (3.3.3). This checklist contains information that applies to every project submitted for Site Plan Approval. 2. Site Plan Review Checklist — APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS FOR BUILDING CONSTRUCTION, EXTERIOR REMODELING, ADDITIONS, AND PARKING LOTS (3.3.4). This checklist contains requirements in addition to those listed in "Application Requirements for Final Review",
which app ly to projects which include Building Construction, Exterior Remodeling, Additions, or Parking Lots. 3. Site Plan Review Checklist — APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS FOR SIGNS (3.3.5).
This checklist contains requirements in addition to those listed in "Application Requirements for Final Review", which apply to projects which include Ground Signs (monument signs, pole or pylon signs) or Wall Signs. 4. Site Plan Review Checklist — APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS FOR LIGHTING (3.3.6). This checklist contains requirements in addition to those listed in "Application Requirements for Final Review", which apply to projects which include Lighting.
