4. B-5 Highway Corridor Mixed Use Business District and I-1 Industrial District: a. In front yards: Fences and walls 6 feet or less in height are permitted. (1) Exception: In either front yard of a corner lot within 15 feet of the front corner, fences and walls 4 feet or less in height are permitted. b. In any yard except a front yard: Fences and walls 10 feet or less in height are permitted. 104 Food Trucks A. Applicability. The following regulations apply to any person conducting or operating a business of vending, peddling, or selling any food or beverage from a Food Truck. 1. A FOOD TRUCK is any self-contained vehicle or trailer from which any food or beverage is offered for sale. 2. See definition of food within K.S.A. 65-656 and its amendments. B. Licenses, Permits and Regulations. All Food Truck operators must comply with all applicable licensing requirements, and public health department regulations for food service establishments. (See Andover City Code, Chapter 5, Article 1.) C. Hours of Operation. Food Trucks are prohibited from operating during the hours of 10:00 pm to 6:00 am, unless otherwise approved by the Governing Body.

103 Fences and Walls A. This section governs the construction and location of fences and walls on any zoning lot, unless determined otherwise as part of the Site Plan Review and Approval process. B. Fences and Walls in Front Yard Setbacks. 1. A Zoning Permit is required for any fence in a front yard setback. (See Zoning Regulations, Section 7-100 on Accessory Uses and Structures.) 2. At Entrances to Developments: In all zoning districts, and in spite of any other provisions in this Section 104 or any requirements of the Site Plan Review and Approval process, perimeter screening fences or walls which are 6 feet or less in height may extend into the front yard setbacks of developments at their entrances from streets. C. Permitted fences and walls for each zoning district: 1. A-1 Agricultural Transition District: a. In any yard: Fences and walls 6 feet or less in height are permitted. 2. SF-1, SF-2, SF-3, MF-1, MF-2, and MXR Residential Districts and MH-1 Manufactured Home District: a. In front yards (including both front yards of a corner lot within 35 feet of the front corner): Fences and walls 4 feet or less in height are permitted. b. In any yard except a front yard: Fences and walls 6 feet or less in height are permitted. 3. B-1, B-2, MXN, B-3, and B-4 Business Districts, and MXI Mixed Industrial / Commercial District: a. In front yards: Fences and walls 4 feet or less in height are permitted. b. In any yard except a front yard: Fences and walls 8 feet or less in height are permitted.
