102 Permitted Uses in All Districts A. Off-street parking and loading as required by Article 6 of these Zoning Regulations. B. Accessory and temporary uses and home occupations as permitted in Article 7 of these Zoning Regulations. C. Signs as permitted in Article 8 of these Zoning Regulations. D. Wind Energy Conversion Systems (WECS) which meet the zoning district's maximum height requirement, subject to the requirements of Section 4-108 of these Zoning Regulations. 1. A WECS which exceeds the zoning district's maximum height may be considered as a special use in that zoning district. E. Small Cell or DAS Wireless Communication Facilities on utility poles or street lights in the public right-of-way, subject to the requirements of Section 4-109 of these Zoning Regulations.

103 A-1 Agricultural Transition District A. Intent. This district is intended for areas that retain agricultural characteristics, but are in transition to increased urbanization, including low-density residential uses. B. A-1 Permitted Uses. 1. Agricultural uses. (See definition of AGRICULTURE, including list of agricultural uses which are not exempt from regulation.) a. Animals are allowed only as permitted by Andover City Code. 2. Single-family detached dwellings. 3. Chapels, churches, mosques, synagogues and temples. 4. Golf courses, including accessory club houses. a. Does not include commercial golf driving ranges, or miniature golf courses. 5. Roadside stands operated by the product producer, for the sale of agricultural products which are produced on the premises . 6. Wireless Communication Facilities, subject to the requirements of Section 4-109 of these Zoning Regulations.
