C. MXR Special Uses. 1. Any special use allowed in the MF-2 District, except for MXR permitted uses. 2. Assisted living, skilled nursing care, and intermediate care facilities. 3. Hospitals, medical and dental offices, and health clinics. 4. Rehabilitation homes, such as halfway houses. D. MXR Conditional Uses. 1. Any conditional use allowed in the MF-2 District, except for MXR permitted uses. E. MXR Use Limitations. 1. Food Trucks are prohibited from vending in residential zoning districts, except when they are part of a City-permitted community event. (See Zoning Regulations, Section 7-102C4, for Community Events as Temporary Use.)

109 MXR Multiple-family / Mixed Residential District A. Intent. This district is intended for higher density multiple- family residential development, typically located adjacent to arterial collector streets capable of serving the traffic generated. This district may serve as a buffer between business districts and lower density residential districts, and allow residents walkable access to commercial district businesses. B. MXR Permitted Uses. 1. Any use permitted in the MF-2 District . 2. Adult care centers, child care centers, and preschools. 3. Boarding houses. 4. Multiple-family dwellings, including apartment buildings and condominiums. 5. Townhouses.
