C. B-2 Special Uses. 1. Any special use allowed in the B-1 District, except for B-2 permitted uses. 2. Car washes.

112 B-2 Neighborhood Business District A. Intent. This district is intended for retail sales of convenience goods and services, which are near residential neighborhoods, of limited size, and along arterial streets. B. B-2 Permitted Uses. 1. Any use permitted in the B-1 District. 2. Bed and breakfast inns . 3. Child care centers, preschools. 4. Chapels, churches, mosques, synagogues, and temples. 5. Food stores, including those where food may be made and consumed on the premises. 6. Philanthropic institutions, including facilities for distribution or merchandising of goods for the needy. 7. Restaurants without drive-in establishments or drive-through facilities. 8. Retail and service businesses for the sales and service of personal tangible property and goods. Uses may include: a. Sales of antiques, appliances, art, auto parts, books, clothing, craft supplies, electronics, furniture, gifts, hardware, household supplies, jewelry, luggage, musical instruments, office supplies, pets and pet supplies, plants and gardening supplies (including outdoor display), rugs, shoes, sporting goods, tools and home improvement supplies, toys and games, and the like. b. Services. Appliance repair, copy and printing stores,

Other special uses not otherwise specifically listed as a permitted, special or conditional use, but which are in keeping with the intent and compatible with the permitted uses of the B-2 zoning district. D. B-2 Conditional Uses. 1. Any conditional use allowed in the B-1 District, except for B-2 permitted uses. 2. Amusement centers, indoor only. 3. Drive-in establishments or drive-through facilities. 4. Outdoor storage , including display of goods for sale (includes gardening and landscaping materials).
