Jared Rohrer is the owner of Aethetic Conversion, a web agency made specifically for the field of Aesthetic Medicine. He has 6 years of experience helping owners of aesthetic practices reach new heights in their journeys to success. Jared is extremely passionate about education for underprivilaged communities, specifically in Central America. He’s a regular supporter of multiple non-profits that serve and support growing economies.

Dr. Plews completed his postdoctoral and business school train- ing at Stanford University after completing degrees in the UK in Biochemical Engineering & Bioprocess Development, and Stem Cell Research & Molecular Biology. His research has focused on stem cells and regenerative medicine and has been published in a variety of well respected scientific and medical journals. Follow- ing many years investigating the use of various types of stem cells on injury and degenerative diseases, he has gone on to build and lead teams, setting up stem cell culture labs and developing stem cell-based regenerative medicine solutions before pivoting into aesthetics. Dr. Pearlman is a widely recognized expert in women’s health, regenerative and aesthetic medicine, she is faculty and speaker at numerous international conferences including AMWC, IMCAS, The Aesthetic Show, A4M and the FACE meeting and is the Global Ambassador and Board Member for the Aesthetic Multi-Specialty Society (AMS). Dr. Pearlman is committed to upholding the high- est professional standards and works as a peer-to-peer trainer, clinical investigator and medical legal expert. Dr. Pearlman is a staff physician at Mount Sinai Hospital in Toron- to where she helped to run the Menopause Clinic, the largest of its kind in Canada. She has been featured in numerous publica- tions, newpapers, magazines, TV and radio shows and is involved in numerous philanthropic events including her active role on the Board of Princess Margaret Hospital Foundation.
