Legislative Policy Forum Join NAR’s new field representative for New York State Zack Rubin-McCarry for an update on the status of the National Flood Insurance Program and the potential for Federal Tax Reform in 2017. Distinguishing Style and Size to Value Do you know how to accurately measure and advertise the square footage of the house you are appraising, selling or renting? Learn what “living area” really is per the American National Standards Institute (ANSI). This course will walk appraisers through USPAP standards 1 and 2. Salespeople will also fulfill their 1 hour agency requirement. Approved for appraiser and real estate CE. Walk-ins welcome. $50 fee applies.
