Mental Health and Substance Use Services

Congregate Housing Provides support and housing in a shared living situation. Supports include assistance with community integration and life skills training. Referrals are required through Mental Health and Substance Use Services. Community Living Support Adults living with mental illness receive support to live more independently. Services include community integration, budgeting, cooking and nutrition, recreation and social skills. Referrals are required through White Rock/South Surrey, Surrey or Delta Mental Health and Substance Use Centres. Assisted Living Nichol Place and Maple House are semi-independent models of housing that provide residential care and rehabilitation to individuals with mental health challenges in a stable and supportive living environment. Services include medication administration and support, and psychosocial rehabilitation programming. The program helps individuals develop and/or maintain social and life skills, and work towards their highest level of independence. Some of the services include meal support, medication and psychosocial support and personalized support to increase community integration and foster life skills training.
