The Sylvac S_Probe LPD Smart is a Swiss-made absolute lever probe with integrated Bluetooth® connectivity. Offering an ultra-fine 0.01µm resolution, this compact sensor is ideal for high-precision measurements in constrained spaces. It delivers real-time, digital data wirelessly, making it perfectly suited for dynamic applications and seamless integration with Sylvac’s data- acquisition systems. The probe maintains a resolution of 0.01µm, while minimizing hysteresis to deliver repeatable and accurate results. Its slim 16mm form factor and dovetail mounting enable installation in tight or complex setups - from jigs and fixtures to height gauges and automated machinery. Powered by a CR2477 lithium battery, the probe offers reliable performance without cables. It’s optimised for geometric-tolerance measurements such as runout, flatness, perpendicularity, and integrates effortlessly with software like Bowers Connect and Vmux2, as well as compatible display units.
The Sylvac S_Probe LPD is a high-precision lever probe offering a direct digital output. Built in Switzerland, it delivers an ultra-fine resolution of 0.01µm for demanding measurement tasks. Compact and robust, it is ideal for use in tight industrial spaces and integrates seamlessly into data acquisition systems, making it suitable for applications from machine maintenance to automated jigs and fixtures.
