The Sylvac P25D Smart is a Swiss-made, high-precision absolute digital measuring probe with integrated Bluetooth® connectivity. It features a 25.4mm measuring range and an ultra-high resolution of 0.01µm, making it ideal for detailed dimensional inspections. Designed for industrial robustness, this probe supports both battery and USB-C power. Its patented dual-inductive absolute measuring system ensures outstanding accuracy and repeatability over the full 25.4mm travel. With a resolution of 0.01µm, it delivers extremely fine measurement data. Thanks to built-in Bluetooth®, the probe transmits data directly to PCs, displays, or acquisition systems—no display module required. The probe body is built from stainless steel with an IP54 rating, able to withstand demanding workshop environments. Power comes either from a standard 1.5 V AA battery or via USB-C (4.5-5.5 V), giving flexibility for different measurement setups.

Made with Swiss Precision the Sylvac inductive (PXi) Probes are available in 2 versions, spring force or pneumatic force. The Sylvac inductive (PXi) probes are compatible with D300S V2 and D400S units through M-Bus multiplexer units.
