Les Castors mordent dans la nouvelle saison Trois parties ont été disputées depuis le début de la saison du hockey junior B et les Castors de Clarence Creek ont déjà fait leurs dents dans la compétition. Les Castors ont une $che d’une victoire et de deux défaites après leurs trois premiers matchs en saison régulière. Mais même dans la défaite, les scores $naux étaient serrés. Les Rideaus deWestport ont remporté la victoire, lors du premier match de la saison, avec une marque de 5 à 4 contre Clarence Creek. Mais Westport a dû travailler fort pour obtenir la victoire, puisque le match s’est terminé en supplémentaire. Les Castors ont remporté leur secondmatch 4 à 2 contre les Athens Aeros, le week-end du 13 septembre. Karl Larivière, Adam Baxter, Suraj Bali et Dominique Henrie ont marqué les buts, lors du match contre Westport. Ils ont été aidés par Baxter, Dylan Nixon, Pier-Olivier Fournier et Tyler Pancel. Les buts contre les Aeros ont été faits par Larivière, Olivier Brunet et Jordan Baptiste, avec les passes de Fournier, Pancel, Gabriel Rousselle et Stéphane Routier. Les points faits lors dumatch de Clarence Creek contre Metcalfe ont été réalisés par Fournier, Baptiste et Henrie avec les passes de Larivière, Brunet, Pancel et Baxter. Les Castors seront à Prescott samedi soir pour un match contre les Flyers. Ils revien- dront à lamaison dimanche, pour accueillir les Blue Wings de Perth, en après-midi.
